Is EcoQuest free to play?
Yes. Ten zones are free to play forever, with no account and no payment — you can start straight away as a guest. Beyond those, four expedition packs are optional one-time purchases. See the pricing page.
How much does EcoQuest cost?
EcoQuest is free to start. The four paid expedition packs are one-time purchases: US$3.49 for any one pack, US$5.99 for any two, and US$7.99 for all four. You never pay twice for a pack you already own, and every path to owning all four totals US$7.99. Full details are on the pricing page.
Do I need an account to play?
No. EcoQuest is fully playable as a guest. An account is optional and only saves your progress — it stores an email address only, with no real name, phone number, or location. Accounts are for players aged 13 and over.
Are purchases one-time, or will I be charged again?
Every pack is a one-time purchase. You pay once, the zones unlock in your account and stay yours — there is no recurring charge, and all prices are shown in real dollars. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. See the refund policy for how refunds work.
What ages is EcoQuest for?
EcoQuest is a general-audience game for players aged 13 and over. Creating an account asks you to confirm your age.
What data does EcoQuest collect?
As little as possible. You can play entirely as a guest with no account at all. If you do create one, it stores your email address only. EcoQuest has no third-party advertising and no tracking pixels. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Where does my money go?
Rachamim Labs pledges 20% of EcoQuest’s revenue to environmental conservation partners. This is a company-level commitment, and each year we publish exactly which organisations received donations and how much on the impact page.
What devices can I play EcoQuest on?
EcoQuest runs in any modern web browser at ecoquest.app — on phones, tablets, and computers. You can also add it to your home screen for an app-like, full-screen launch.
How do refunds work?
Purchases can be refunded within 14 days, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable consumer laws. See the refund & cancellation policy for the details.
